I do all things necessary to sell a home including coordinating cleaning and staging a home, taking professional photographs and creating a virtual tour.  I work closely with tenants, attorneys, closing agents, surveyors, appraisers, banks and loan officers and home inspectors.  I am present during all inspections. I help to coordinate having the yard cleaned and other important curb appeal necessities like flowers and home repairs.  I cooperate with all brokers and work to close real estate transactions with integrity, honesty and good faith.  I market and advertise homes using proven techniques.  I host open houses and invite top brokers, my database of buyers and the neighborhood. 

I keep in constant contact with sellers, tenants, family members and all people involved with the transaction and work to establish a long term relationship of trust and openness.  I keep all parties aware of what is happening in the transaction.  I give sellers a marketing report so they know the steps that I am taking to sell their home.  I communicate with everyone involved and return all phone calls promptly.  I follow up with all agents who show my properties and update sellers on the buyer and agent comments.  Problems can happen in any situation in life.  When a problem comes up I immediately take steps to fix it! 

I use proven techniques and strategies to reduce risk and creative ways to close every deal.  I have a contact list of reputable contractors and happily arrange estimates and repairs.  I baby my clients and look for every opportunity to provide concierge service.
